Criminal Record Report

Requirements for Lebanese Citizens:

1.  Copy of applicant’s  (recent family/individual civil status bulletin)  or  (Lebanese identification card) and a copy of the passport if available.
2. Complete address in ROK along with Phone number
3. Consular fee: 90,000 KRW * IMPORTANT: An additional consular fee of 120,000 KRW will be perceived for translating  the criminal record report upon receiving it from Lebanon.

Requirements for Non-Lebanese Citizens:

1. Copy of applicant’s passport along with stamps showing entrance and departure from Beirut Airport.
2. Complete address in the ROK along with phone number.
3. Dates spent in Lebanon and residing address.
4. Consular fee: 90,000 KRW * IMPORTANT: An additional consular fee of 120,000 KRW will be perceived for translating  the criminal record report upon receiving it from Lebanon.

N:B: Please note that it will take up to 3 Months for the request to be completed. 

 

متطلبات المواطنين اللبنانيين:

• نسخة من (إخراج قيد عائلي/فردي حديث) لمقدم الطلب أو (بطاقة الهوية اللبنانية) ونسخة من جواز السفر إن وجد.

• العنوان الكامل في جمهورية كوريا (ROK) مع رقم الهاتف.

• الرسوم القنصلية: 90,000 وون كوري.

  • هام: سيتم استيفاء رسوم قنصلية إضافية بقيمة 120,000 وون كوري لترجمة السجل العدلي عند استلامه من لبنان.

متطلبات المواطنين غير اللبنانيين:

• نسخة من جواز سفر مقدم الطلب مع الأختام التي تظهر الدخول والمغادرة من مطار بيروت.

• العنوان الكامل في جمهورية كوريا (ROK) مع رقم الهاتف.

• التواريخ التي قضاها في لبنان وعنوان الإقامة.

• الرسوم القنصلية: 90,000 وون كوري.

  • هام: سيتم استيفاء رسوم قنصلية إضافية بقيمة 120,000 وون كوري لترجمة السجل العدلي عند استلامه من لبنان.

ملاحظة: يرجى العلم أن إنجاز الطلب قد يستغرق مدة تصل إلى 3 أشهر.

레바논 국민을 위한 구비 서류:

• 1. 신청인의 (최근 발급된 가족/개인 호적 등본) 또는 (레바논 신분증) 사본 및 여권 사본(소지하고 있는 경우).

• 2. 대한민국(ROK) 내 전체 주소 및 전화번호

• 3. 영사 수수료: 90,000원

  •     추가 사항: 레바논에서 범죄경력회보서를 수령한 후 이를 번역하기 위해 120,000원의 추가 영사 수수료가 부과됩니다.

외국인 (레바논 국적자가 아닌)을 위한 구비 서류:

• 1. 베이루트 공항 입출국 스탬프가 찍힌 신청인의 여권 사본

• 2. 대한민국(ROK) 내 전체 주소 및 전화번호

• 3. 레바논 체류 기간 및 거주지 주소

• 4. 영사 수수료: 90,000원

  •     추가사항: 레바논에서 범죄경력회보서를 수령한 후 이를 번역하기 위해 120,000원의 추가 영사 수수료가 부과됩니다.

참고(N.B.): 요청이 완료되기까지 최대 3개월이 소요될 수 있으니 유의하시기 바랍니다.
