Request from the spouse of a Lebanese Citizen to acquire the Lebanese Citizenship through marriage
The spouse of a Lebanese national can apply to obtain the Lebanese Citizenship one year after the date of execution of the marriage at the vital statistics department in Lebanon (not from the date of registration at the embassy).
The following documents are required:
- Fill the application
- Recent family civil registry (بيان قيد عائلي حديث) showing that the marriage has been registered in the Lebanese civil census for more than one year.
- A True copy of the Marriage Certificate.
- A True copy of the spouse’s valid passport (If applicable, a Syrian or Palestinian civil. registry record in lieu of the passport is accepted).
- A copy of a valid residency permit or Entry Visa.
- Wife’s Birth certificate (Translated to Arabic or English or French).
- Consular fee: 75,000 KRW
طلب الحصول على الجنسية اللبنانية عن طريق الزواج (لزوجة مواطن لبناني)
يحق لزوجة المواطن اللبناني التقدم بطلب للحصول على الجنسية اللبنانية بعد مرور سنة واحدة على الأقل من تاريخ تنفيذ (تسجيل) الزواج في دوائر الأحوال الشخصية في لبنان (وليس من تاريخ التسجيل في السفارة).
المستندات المطلوبة:
تعبئة طلب الحصول على الجنسية.
بيان قيد عائلي حديث: يثبت تسجيل الزواج في سجلات الأحوال الشخصية اللبنانية منذ أكثر من عام.
نسخة طبق الأصل عن وثيقة الزواج.
نسخة طبق الأصل عن جواز سفر الزوجة الأجنبية ساري المفعول: (وفي حال تعذر ذلك، يُقبل بيان قيد سوري أو فلسطيني كبديل عن جواز السفر عندما ينطبق على جنسية الزوجة).
نسخة عن إقامة سارية المفعول أو تأشيرة الدخول.
شهادة ميلاد الزوجة (مترجمة إلى اللغة العربية أو الإنكليزية أو الفرنسية).
الرسم القنصلي: 75,000 وون كوري.
혼인을 통한 레바논 국적 취득 신청 안내 (레바논 국민의 배우자)
레바논 국민의 배우자는 레바논 현지 신분등록기관(Vital Statistics Department)에 혼인 신고가 등록된 날로부터 1년이 경과한 후 국적 취득을 신청할 수 있습니다. (주의: 대사관 혼인 등록일이 아닌, 레바논 현지 등록일 기준입니다.)
구비 서류:
최신 가족관계증명서 (Ikhraj Kayd A'ili): 레바논 신분등록서에 혼인 신고가 된 지 1년 이상 경과했음을 증명하는 서류.
혼인증명서 등본 (사본)
배우자의 유효한 여권 등본: (여권이 없는 경우, 시리아 또는 팔레스타인 시민 등록부 기록으로 대체 가능)
유효한 체류 허가증(외국인등록증) 또는 입국 비자 사본
부인의 출생증명서: (영어 또는 프랑스어 번역본)
영사 수수료: 75,000 KRW
