يرجى العلم بأنه يجب تقديم جميع طلبات جوازات السفر إلى السفارة قبل ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ انتهاء صلاحية الجواز الحالي. لا تتحمل السفارة مسؤولية أي تأخير في السفر إلى لبنان أو أي مشاكل تتعلق بالهجرة ناتجة عن إهمال شخصي.

نحيطكم علماً بأن المديرية العامة للأمن العام  أعلنت عن نفاد مخزون جوازات السفر المقروءة آلياً (نموذج 2003). وبناءً عليه، لم يعد بإمكان البعثات اللبنانية في الخارج قبول طلبات إصدار أو استبدال هذا النوع من الجوازات.

تطبق الأنظمة الحالية لطلبات جوازات السفر على النحو التالي:

١. جوازات السفر البيومترية (فئة 'LR')

تحتوي هذه الجوازات على شريحة إلكترونية.

يحق لك التقدم بطلب للحصول على جواز سفر بيومتري في السفارة حصراً في الحالات التالية:

• إذا كنت قد حصلت سابقاً على جواز سفر بيومتري: حيث تكون بياناتك البيومترية (البصمات والصورة) مؤرشفة مسبقاً في قاعدة بيانات الأمن العام.

• أو إذا كنت ضمن الفئات العمرية المستثناة: (يمكن لهذه الفئات التقديم في السفارة حتى لو لم يحصلوا على جواز بيومتري من قبل):

  • القاصرون دون سن ١٦ عاماً.

  • المواطنون الذين تجاوزوا سن ٥٩ عاماً.

تنبيه هام: المواطنون الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين ١٦ و٥٩ عاماً والذين لم يحصلوا مطلقاً على جواز سفر بيومتري، لا يمكنهم تقديم الطلب في السفارة. يتوجب عليهم السفر إلى لبنان لتقديم الطلب شخصياً لأخذ البصمات وإدخال البيانات.

٢. جوازات السفر المقروءة آلياً (فئة 'RL')

لا تحتوي هذه الجوازات على شريحة إلكترونية.

التجديد الاستثنائي

بما أنه لا يمكن إصدار جوازات سفر جديدة من هذا النوع، يحق للمواطنين الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين ١٦ و٥٩ عاماً ويحملون جواز سفر كحلي ('RL') الحصول على تجديد استثنائي، وفقاً للشروط التالية:

تعهد إلزامي: يجب على مقدم الطلب توقيع تعهد يقر فيه بما يلي:

• أنه على علم تام بأن هذا تجديد استثنائي لمرة واحدة فقط.

• أنه لا يمكن تجديد جواز السفر مرة أخرى بعد هذه الفترة.

• أنه يلتزم بالتقدم بطلب للحصول على جواز سفر بيومتري جديد من المديرية العامة للأمن العام خلال زيارته القادمة إلى لبنان (ضمن فترة التجديد).

• أعلنت المديرية العامة للأمن العام أنه سيصار الى سحب وإلغاء جوازات السفر اللبنانية من الأنموذج ٢٠٠٣ (المقروءة آلياً وغير البيومترية) العائدة للمواطنين اللبنانيين لدى دخولهم الى الاراضي اللبنانية، ويعاد تسليمها إلى أصحاب العلاقة مباشرة بعد إبلاغهم بوجوب التقدم بطلبات الاستحصال على جوازات سفر بیومترية جديدة
  
  

المستندات وتعليمات تقديم الطلب

التعليمات:

١- يرجى تحديد فئة طلبك (أ أو ب) وتجهيز المستندات المطلوبة،

و

٢- اختيار طريقة المعالجة المفضلة لديك (ج).

أ. جواز السفر اللبناني 

لإصدار جواز سفر بيومتري جديد أو استبدال جواز سفر مقروء آلياً.

• نموذج الطلب: "طلب جواز سفر جديد" مكتمل (بالإضافة إلى "نموذج موافقة الوالدين" للقاصرين)  والتعهد في حال التجديد الاستثنائي لجواز السفر المقروء آلياً.

• الصور: صورتان (٢) شمسيتان حديثتان (٣.٥ سم × ٤.٥ سم)، خلفية بيضاء، تظهر كامل الوجه.

• جواز السفر الحالي: أصل جواز السفر بالإضافة إلى نسختين (٢) عن الصفحة الأولى (صفحة البيانات).

• الهوية: نسختان (٢) عن بطاقة الهوية اللبنانية أو إخراج قيد إفرادي (أنظر الشروط والتفاصيل أدناه)

• إثبات الإقامة: نسخة واحدة (١) عن بطاقة تسجيل الأجانب الكورية أو التأشيرة.

• يتوجب تقديم محضر شرطة عن جواز السفر المفقود عند التقدم بطلب للحصول على بدل عن ضائع.

• الرسوم القنصلية (نقداً / بالوون الكوري):

  • 225.000 وون: جواز بيومتري لمدة ٥ سنوات (للقاصرين دون ١٨ عاماً).

  • 450.000 وون: جواز بيومتري لمدة ١٠ سنوات (للبالغين ١٨ عاماً وما فوق).

  • 45.000 وون: تجديد استثنائي لمدة سنة واحدة (حصراً لحاملي الجواز الكحلي بين ١٦-٥٩ عاماً).

  • 90.000 وون: تجديد استثنائي لمدة سنتين (حصراً لحاملي الجواز الكحلي بين ١٦-٥٩ عاماً).

المستندات المطلوبة حسب نوع الحالات والأقسام 

ينقسم المواطنون اللبنانيون الذين يتقدمون بطلبات جوازات سفر بيومترية في الخارج إلى ثلاثة أقسام أساسية وفقاً لنوع الطلب المرفق:  

1 - طلب إبدال جواز سفر بيومتري

• يتوجب تقديم طلب جواز سفر من البعثة اللبنانية في الخارج:
• إرفاق جواز السفر البيومتري السابق المراد إبداله في حال كان منتهي الصلاحية. وفي حال كان الجواز لا يزال صالحاً، يُبقى عليه مع صاحب العلاقة على أن يتم إلغاؤه مادياً من قبل البعثة فور تسليم الجواز الجديد.  
• بالإضافة إلى نسختين (٢) عن الصفحة الأولى (صفحة البيانات)
• تقديم نسخة ملونة واضحة عن صفحتي الهوية والبيانات الإضافية للجواز الحالي (الصفحتين رقم ٢ و ٣).  
• صورة شمسية حديثة على خلفية بيضاء مصدقة من البعثة.  
• تقديم الهوية اللبنانية الأصلية أو بيان قيد إفرادي رسمي (مهما كان تاريخ إصدار أي منهما).  ملاحظة أساسية للتطابق: يشترط التطابق التام والدقيق بين قيود الجواز المطلوب إبداله ومستند الهوية أو بيان القيد، وفي حال وجود أي عدم تطابق، يصبح من الإلزامي الاستحصال على بيان قيد إفرادي جديد صلاحيته أقل من ثلاثة أشهر. 
• نسختان (٢) عن بطاقة الهوية اللبنانية أو إخراج قيد إفرادي.
• إثبات الإقامة: نسخة واحدة (١) عن بطاقة تسجيل الأجانب الكورية أو التأشيرة.
• يتوجب تقديم محضر شرطة عن جواز السفر المفقود عند التقدم بطلب للحصول على بدل عن ضائع.
• الرسوم القنصلية (نقداً / بالوون الكوري):
• 225.000 وون: جواز بيومتري لمدة ٥ سنوات (للقاصرين دون ١٨ عاماً).
• 450.000 وون: جواز بيومتري لمدة ١٠ سنوات (للبالغين ١٨ عاماً وما فوق).

 2- طلب جواز بيومتري للمرة الأولى (في حال وجود جواز سفر نموذج "٢٠٠٣" سابق):

• يتوجب تقديم طلب جواز سفر من البعثة اللبنانية في الخارج.  
• إرفاق جواز السفر السابق أنموذج ٢٠٠٣ في حال كان منتهي الصلاحية (أو الإبقاء عليه مع إلغائه فور تسليم الجديد) بالإضافة إلى نسخة ملونة عن صفحة الهوية (الصفحة رقم ٢).  
• صورة شمسية حديثة على خلفية بيضاء مصدقة من البعثة.  
• تقديم هوية لبنانية لا يعود تاريخ إصدارها لأكثر من ١٠ سنوات مجتمعة مع بيان قيد إفرادي تاريخ إصدارها لا يتعدى ٣ سنوات.  كبديل ثانٍ: تقديم هوية لبنانية لا يعود تاريخ إصدارها لأكثر من ١٠ سنوات مع صورة ملونة مصدقة عن الإقامة في الخارج أو صورة ملونة عن جواز السفر الأجنبي.  كبديل ثالث: تقديم بيان قيد إفرادي تاريخ إصداره لا يتعدى ٣ سنوات مع صورة ملونة مصدقة عن الإقامة في الخارج أو صورة ملونة عن جواز السفر الأجنبي.  
• نسختان (٢) عن بطاقة الهوية اللبنانية أو إخراج قيد إفرادي.
• إثبات الإقامة: نسخة واحدة (١) عن بطاقة تسجيل الأجانب الكورية أو التأشيرة.
• ملاحظة أساسية للتطابق: يشترط التطابق الكامل بين الرسم الشمسي وقيود الجواز السابق ومستند الهوية والقيد الإفرادي والإقامة أو الجواز الأجنبي، وعند عدم التطابق، يُلزم صاحب العلاقة بالاستحصال على بيان قيد إفرادي جديد وبيان قيد عائلي جديد بشرط أن تكون صلاحيتهما أقل من ثلاثة أشهر.  
• يتوجب تقديم محضر شرطة عن جواز السفر المفقود عند التقدم بطلب للحصول على بدل عن ضائع.
• الرسوم القنصلية (نقداً / بالوون الكوري):
• 225.000 وون: جواز بيومتري لمدة ٥ سنوات (للقاصرين دون ١٨ عاماً).
• 450.000 وون: جواز بيومتري لمدة ١٠ سنوات (للبالغين ١٨ عاماً وما فوق).

3- طلب جواز بيومتري للمرة الأولى (في حال عدم وجود جواز سفر نموذج "٢٠٠٣" سابق):

• يتوجب تقديم طلب جواز سفر من البعثة اللبنانية في الخارج.  
• تقديم بيان قيد إفرادي إداري مقدم ومستحصل عليه لدى البعثة اللبنانية في الخارج.  
• صورة شمسية حديثة على خلفية بيضاء مصدقة من البعثة.  
• تقديم بيان قيد عائلي جديد لا يتعدى تاريخ إصداره ٣ أشهر، مضافاً إليه صورة ملونة مصدقة عن الإقامة في الخارج أو صورة ملونة عن جواز السفر الأجنبي.  كبديل: تقديم هوية لبنانية لا يعود تاريخ إصدارها لأكثر من ١٠ سنوات، مضافاً إليها صورة ملونة مصدقة عن الإقامة في الخارج أو صورة ملونة عن جواز السفر الأجنبي.  
• ملاحظة أساسية للتطابق: يشترط التطابق المطلق بين الرسم الشمسي وقيود مستند الهوية والقيد الإفرادي والإقامة المعتمدة أو جواز السفر الأجنبي المرفق.  
• الرسوم القنصلية (نقداً / بالوون الكوري):
• 225.000 وون: جواز بيومتري لمدة ٥ سنوات (للقاصرين دون ١٨ عاماً).
• 450.000 وون: جواز بيومتري لمدة ١٠ سنوات (للبالغين ١٨ عاماً وما فوق).

الأحكام العامة والخاصة بالقاصرين

• موافقة الوالدين الإلزامية: يشترط أخذ موافقة وتوقيع الوالدين إلزامياً على الطلب لكل قاصر دون الثامنة عشرة من العمر، ويتم التوقيع حضورياً أمام رئيس البعثة الذي يصادق على توقيع كل منهما.
• حالات الوفاة، الطلاق، أو الهجر: يعود حق الإذن بالسفر والتوقيع على الطلب إلى الوصي الشرعي وفقاً للقانون اللبناني، أو الوكيل القانوني الذي يحمل وكالة صريحة بهذا الخصوص، أو صاحب الحق بالحضانة. ويشترط كذلك استحصال توقيع صاحب الحق بالمشاهدة في حال وجوده بناءً على حكم قضائي مصادق عليه من المرجع المختص بتاريخ لا يعود لأكثر من سنة.
• الإجراءات في حال تعذر الحضور الشخصي: في حال عدم تمكن أصحاب الحق بتوقيع الطلب من الحضور لأي سبب كان، يتوجب تقديم وكالة أو إذن سفر مصادق عليه من البعثة اللبنانية في الخارج. وفي الدول التي لا يوجد فيها تمثيل دبلوماسي لبناني، يقدم إذن سفر مصادق من كاتب العدل المختص ومن قبل السلطة المحلية، على أن ينص صراحة على الحق باستصدار جواز سفر للقاصر. كما تقبل الوكالات المنظمة في لبنان لدى كاتب العدل والمصدقة من وزارتي العدل والخارجية والمغتربين وفقاً للأصول.
• مدد صلاحية المعاملات: تحدد صلاحية إذن السفر بـ ثلاثة أشهر فقط من تاريخ تنظيمه. وتحدد صلاحية الوكالة العامة أو الخاصة بـ سنة واحدة فقط.
• الأطفال المولودون بعد تنظيم الوكالة: لا يعتبر القاصر المولود بعد تاريخ تنظيم الوكالة مشمولاً بها بأي شكل، إلا إذا تضمنت الوكالة نصاً صريحاً يشير إلى شموله بها.
• استثناءات قاصرين: إن القاصرين من الفئات التالية (زوجة، أرملة، مطلقة) لا يحتاجون نهائياً للحصول على إذن بالسفر أو موافقة ولي الأمر.
• الأطفال دون سن الثلاث سنوات: في حال عدم توفر مستند ثبوتي يتضمن صورة شمسية للقاصر دون الثلاث سنوات، يتم ضم إفادة رسمية من رئيس البعثة تؤكد صحة الرسم الشمسي.
• تعديل البيانات الشخصية قضائياً: في حال تبين عند إبدال جواز السفر وجود حكم قضائي يقضي بتعديل وقوعات معينة في الهوية، يتوجب على صاحب العلاقة إلزامياً ضم نسخة عن الحكم القضائي مصادق عليها وفقاً للأصول.
• الموانع العدلية: إذا تبين وجود أي مانع عدلي أو ملاحقة قضائية بحق صاحب العلاقة، لا يمنح جواز سفر بيومتري، بل يعطى جواز مرور للعودة إلى لبنان حصراً.

ب. وثيقة السفر (للاجئين الفلسطينيين)

لطلب استبدال وثيقة السفر.

• نموذج الطلب: "طلب وثيقة سفر جديدة" مكتمل (بالإضافة إلى "نموذج موافقة الوالدين" للقاصرين).

• الصور: ثلاث (٣) صور شمسية حديثة (٣.٥ سم × ٤.٥ سم)، خلفية بيضاء، تظهر كامل الوجه.

• الوثيقة الحالية: أصل وثيقة السفر بالإضافة إلى نسختين (٢) عن الصفحة الأولى.

• وضع اللجوء: نسختان (٢) عن البطاقة الزرقاء بالإضافة إلى نسختين (٢) عن بطاقة التسجيل في الأونروا (UNRWA).

• إثبات الإقامة: نسخة واحدة (١) عن بطاقة تسجيل الأجانب الكورية أو التأشيرة.

• يتوجب تقديم محضر شرطة عن وثيقة السفر المفقودة عند التقدم بطلب للحصول على بدل عن ضائع.

• الرسوم القنصلية (نقداً / بالوون الكوري):

• 300.000 وون: صلاحية ٥ سنوات.

ج. طريقة نقل الجواز أو الوثيقة (اختر واحدة)

الخيار ١: الحقيبة الدبلوماسية (الخدمة العادية)

• الوقت التقديري: حوالي ٣ أشهر.

• التتبع: غير متاح. ستقوم السفارة بإبلاغكم عند استلام الجواز.

الخيار ٢: خدمة DHL FastTrack (الخدمة السريعة)

• الوقت التقديري: ٤-٨ أسابيع.

• التتبع: تتوفر تحديثات كاملة للتتبع عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

• تكلفة إضافية: حوالي ٩١ دولار أميركي (تُدفع مباشرة عبر الإنترنت).

• الإجراء المطلوب:

  1. الذهاب إلى الموقع: https://fasttracklb.dhl.com.

  2. اختيار الدولة: Korea (Republic of) والسفارة: Seoul.

  3. اختيار الخدمة: "Passport (Round Trip)" للجوازات أو "Travel Document (Round Trip)" للوثائق.

  4. إلزامي: يجب طباعة بوليصة الشحن (DHL Waybill PDF) التي تصدر بعد الدفع وإرفاقها مع طلبك.

Please note that all passport applications should be submitted to the embassy three months ahead of the current passport expiration date. The Embassy is not responsible for any delays in travelling to Lebanon or any immigration issue resulting from personal negligence.

Please be advised that the General Directorate of General Security has announced a stock depletion of Machine-Readable Passports (2003 Model). Consequently, Lebanese missions abroad can no longer accept applications to issue or replace these specific passports.

Current regulations for passport applications are as follows:

1. Biometric Passports ('LR' Series)

These passports contain an electronic chip.

Who can apply at the Embassy? You are eligible to apply for a Biometric Passport at the Embassy only if:

• You have previously obtained a Biometric Passport: Your biometric data (fingerprints and photo) is already archived in the General Security database.

• OR You fall into an Exempt Age Group:(These age groups may apply at the Embassy even if they have never held a biometric passport before).

  • Minors under the age of 16.

  • Citizens over the age of 59. 

Important: Citizens aged 16 to 59 who have never obtained a biometric passport cannot apply at the Embassy. They must travel to Lebanon to apply in person for fingerprinting and data entry.

2. Machine-Readable Passports ('RL' Series)

These passports do not contain a chip.

Exceptional Renewal Policy Since new Machine-Readable passports cannot be issued, citizens aged 16 to 59 holding an existing navy blue ('RL') passport are eligible for an exceptional renewal, subject to the following conditions:

Mandatory Affidavit: The applicant must sign an affidavit acknowledging that:

• They are fully aware this is a one-time exceptional renewal.
• Their passport cannot be renewed again after this period.
• They commit to applying for a new Biometric Passport from the Directorate of General Security during their next travel to Lebanon (within the renewal period).
• The General Directorate of General Security announced that Lebanese passports of the 2003 model (machine - readable, non-biometric) belonging to Lebanese citizens will be withdrawn and cancelled upon their entry into Lebanese territory, and will be returned to the holders immediately after they are notified of the need to submit applications to obtain new biometric passports.

APPLICATION CHECKLIST & INSTRUCTIONS

Instructions:

1 - Please identify your application category (A or B), collect the required documents, 

and 

2 - select your preferred processing method (C). 

A. LEBANESE PASSPORT 

For issuing a new Biometric Passport or replacing a Machine-Readable Passport.

• Application Form: Completed "New Passport Application" (plus "Parental Consent Form" for minors, and the affidavit in case of the exceptional renewal of the machine readable passport.

• Photos: Two (2) recent photos (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm), white background, full face.

• Current Passport: The original passport plus two (2) copies of the first page (data page).

• Civil Status ID: Two (2) copies of the Lebanese ID (Hawiya) OR Individual Civil Registry (Ikhraj Kayd Ifradi). (SEE APPLICABLE CONDITIONS HEREAFTER)

  • Note: Minors must provide a Family Civil Registry (Ikhraj Kayd A'ili).

• Proof of Residency: One (1) copy of Korean Alien Registration Card or Visa.

• A Police report is required for your lost passport, when applying for a replacement. 

• Consular Fee (Cash/KRW):

  • 225,000 KRW: 5-Year Biometric (Minors under 18).

  • 450,000 KRW: 10-Year Biometric (Adults 18+).

  • 45,000 KRW: 1-Year Exceptional Renewal (Strictly for Navy Blue Passport holders aged 16–59).

  • 90,000 KRW: 2-Year Exceptional Renewal (Strictly for Navy Blue Passport holders aged 16–59).

Required Documents by Case Type and Section

Lebanese citizens applying for biometric passports abroad are divided into three basic categories according to the type of application submitted:

1. Application for Replacing a Biometric Passport

• An application for a passport must be submitted through the Lebanese mission abroad, along with the following:

• Previous Biometric Passport: Attach the previous biometric passport to be replaced if it has expired. If the passport is still valid, it will remain with the holder and will be physically canceled by the mission upon delivery of the new passport.

• Passport Copies: Two (2) copies of the first page (data page).

• Additional Passport Pages: A clear, colored copy of the identity and additional data pages of the current passport (pages 2 and 3).

• Photograph: A recent passport photograph against a white background, certified by the mission.

• Identification Document: The original Lebanese ID card or an official individual civil status record (Bayan Qayd Ifradi), regardless of their issuance date.

  Crucial Matching Note: Absolute and exact conformity is required between the details of the passport to be replaced and the ID document or civil status record. In the event of any discrepancy, it becomes mandatory to obtain a new individual civil status record issued less than three months prior.

• ID Copies: Two (2) copies of the Lebanese ID card or individual civil status record.

• Proof of Residence: One (1) copy of the South Korean Alien Registration Card (ARC) or visa.

• Lost Passports: A police report for the lost passport must be submitted when applying for a replacement.

• Consular Fees (Cash / in South Korean Won):

  • 225,000 KRW: 5-year biometric passport (for minors under 18 years old).

  • 450,000 KRW: 10-year biometric passport (for adults 18 years old and above).

2. Application for a Biometric Passport for the First Time (If a previous "Model 2003" passport exists)

An application for a passport must be submitted through the Lebanese mission abroad, along with the following:

• Previous Passport: Attach the previous Model 2003 passport if it has expired (or keep it with the holder to be canceled upon delivery of the new one), along with a colored copy of the identity page (page 2).

• Photograph: A recent passport photograph against a white background, certified by the mission.

• Identification & Alternatives:

  • Option 1: Provide a Lebanese ID issued no more than 10 years ago, combined with an individual civil status record issued no more than 3 years ago.

  • Option 2: Provide a Lebanese ID issued no more than 10 years ago, along with a certified colored copy of the foreign residence permit or a colored copy of the foreign passport.

  • Option 3: Provide an individual civil status record issued no more than 3 years ago, along with a certified colored copy of the foreign residence permit or a colored copy of the foreign passport.

• ID Copies: Two (2) copies of the Lebanese ID card or individual civil status record.

• Proof of Residence: One (1) copy of the South Korean Alien Registration Card (ARC) or visa.

  Crucial Matching Note: Complete conformity is required among the photograph, the details of the previous passport, the ID document, the individual civil status record, and the residence permit or foreign passport. In case of any discrepancy, the applicant is required to obtain a new individual civil status record and a new family civil status record (Bayan Qayd 'A'ili), provided they are issued less than three months prior.

• Lost Passports: A police report for the lost passport must be submitted when applying for a replacement.

• Consular Fees (Cash / in South Korean Won):

  • 225,000 KRW: 5-year biometric passport (for minors under 18 years old).

  • 450,000 KRW: 10-year biometric passport (for adults 18 years old and above).

3. Application for a Biometric Passport for the First Time (If NO previous "Model 2003" passport exists)

An application for a passport must be submitted through the Lebanese mission abroad, along with the following:

• Administrative Civil Status Record: An administrative individual civil status record applied for and obtained at the Lebanese mission abroad.

• Photograph: A recent passport photograph against a white background, certified by the mission.

• Identification Requirements:

  • Provide a new family civil status record issued no more than 3 months prior, plus a certified colored copy of the foreign residence permit or a colored copy of the foreign passport.

  • Alternative: Provide a Lebanese ID issued no more than 10 years ago, plus a certified colored copy of the foreign residence permit or a colored copy of the foreign passport.

  Crucial Matching Note: Absolute conformity is required among the photograph, the details of the ID document, the individual civil status record, and the approved residence permit or attached foreign passport.

• Consular Fees (Cash / in South Korean Won):

  • 225,000 KRW: 5-year biometric passport (for minors under 18 years old).

  • 450,000 KRW: 10-year biometric passport (for adults 18 years old and above).

General and Special Provisions for Minors

• Mandatory Parental Consent: The mandatory consent and signature of both parents on the application are required for any minor under eighteen years of age. The signatures must be placed in person before the Head of Mission, who will authenticate both signatures.

• Cases of Death, Divorce, or Desertion: The right to grant travel authorization and sign the application belongs to the legal guardian according to Lebanese law, a legal representative holding an explicit power of attorney to this effect, or the parent with custody rights. The signature of the parent with visitation rights is also required, if applicable, based on a judicial ruling certified by the competent authority and issued no more than one year prior.

• Procedures in Case of Inability to Attend in Person: If those holding the right to sign the application are unable to attend for any reason, a power of attorney or a travel authorization certified by a Lebanese mission abroad must be submitted. In countries where there is no Lebanese diplomatic representation, a travel authorization certified by a competent notary public and local authorities must be submitted, explicitly stating the right to issue a passport for the minor. Powers of attorney drawn up in Lebanon before a notary public and duly certified by the Ministries of Justice and Foreign Affairs and Emigrants are also accepted.

• Validity Periods of Documents: The validity of a travel authorization is limited to three months only from its date of issuance. The validity of a general or special power of attorney is limited to one year only.

• Children Born After the Formulation of a Power of Attorney: A minor born after the date a power of attorney was drawn up is not considered covered by it under any circumstances, unless the power of attorney includes an explicit clause stating that it covers them.

• Minor Exceptions: Minors belonging to the following categories (wife, widow, divorcee) do not require travel authorization or parental consent under any circumstances.

• Children Under Three Years of Age: If an identity document containing a photograph is not available for a minor under three years old, an official certificate from the Head of Mission confirming the authenticity of the photograph must be attached.

• Judicial Amendment of Personal Data: If, when replacing a passport, it appears that there is a judicial ruling amending certain identity data, the applicant must obligatorily attach a copy of the judicial ruling, duly certified.

• Legal Impediments: If any legal impediment or judicial prosecution is found against the applicant, a biometric passport will not be granted. Instead, a laissez-passer (travel document) will be issued exclusively for returning to Lebanon.

 

B. TRAVEL DOCUMENT (Palestinian Refugees)

For requesting a replacement Travel Document.

• Application Form: Completed "New Travel Document Application" (plus "Parental Consent Form" for minors).

• Photos: Three (3) recent photos (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm), white background, full face.

• Current Document: The original Travel Document plus two (2) copies of the first page.

• Refugee Status: Two (2) copies of the Blue Card plus two (2) copies of the UNRWA Registration Card.

• Proof of Residency: One (1) copy of Korean Alien Registration Card or Visa. 

• A Police report is required for your lost travel document, when applying for a replacement. 

• Consular Fee (Cash/KRW):

  • 300,000 KRW: 5 Years Validity.

• Estimated Time: 4–8 Weeks.

• Tracking: Full tracking updates provided via email.

• Additional Cost: Approx. $91 USD (Paid directly online).

  3. Select Service: "Passport (Round Trip)" or "Travel Document (Round Trip)".

  4. MANDATORY: You must print the DHL Waybill (PDF) generated after payment and attach it to your application.
